There was an in-house taste off at Eureka Natural Foods to find the best sauces for the oysters at Oysters and Ale. The winners were:
- Pomegranate Cranberry Chipotle Sauce
- Raspberry Cocoa Tarragon Sauce
- Butter Lemon Garlic
- Sweet Chili Plum Sauce with Wasabi
Don’t worry, if you don’t like oysters you can always put the sauces on your sausage.
