Hi, I am with the Humboldt Commercial Fisherman’s Wives & Associates. Do you have any more booth space available at the Oysters and Ale on Sept. 12th? We are getting ready to unveil our seafood brand “Humboldt Wild Seafood”. At first our brand will be for fresh fish at Murphy’s Market as well as fresh fish sold off boats. We should have hats and sweatshirts available to sell by the time of your event. How much is a booth? I think we would fit in nicely at your event. Look forward to hearing from you.

Maybe the natural ones do, but the ones that are farmed are raised up away from the mud.

Thanks all for your kind words….I too would love to party in the mud….but because of the high winds and storm cells…..we had to re-schedule - a very hard decission!!!!

I was ready to party in the mud too. My understanding of Oysters is they live in the mud of Humboldt Bay. Lol Perfect for us to play in the mud. Wouldnt it be fun to have a bid mud bath! or mud wrestling!

Sorry to hear that, Debi. It even looks like it might rain down here in Sacto.

In spite of the old Humboldt County adage, “If you aren’t willing to do it in the rain, you just might not do it,” for safety reasons it sounds like you made the right decision.
